Astfel, pentru alegătorii din stânga Nistrului vor fi deschise 41 de secții de votare și nu 44, așa cum a decis CEC anterior.

Cu drapele în mâini și alături de susținătorii lor, socialiștilor și comuniștii protestează în fața Curții Supreme de Justiție (CSJ) după ce joi, 8 iulie, Curtea de Apel Chișinău (CA) a anulat anexele hotărârii Comisiei privind deschiderea a 41 de secții de vot pentru alegătorii din stânga Nistrului, cu obligarea reducerii numărului secțiilor de vot până la 12. Mai mulți deputați socialiști în frunte cu liderul lor de partid, Igor Dodon, sunt prezenți la manifestație. O decizie în acest sens a fost pronunțată de către colegiul civil, comercial şi de contencios administrativ al Curţii de Apel Chișinău, format din Ana Panov, Dorin Dulghieru și Virgiliu Buhnaci. UPDATE 12:25 Socialiștii Dodon și Țîrdea au ținut câte un discurs de pe scena improvizată în fața CSJ, amenințând cu noi proteste în cazul în care „nu va fi recunoscută victoria lor în alegeri”. Țîrdea a amenințat că în cazul în care instanța supremă va menține decizia de obligare a CEC de a reduce numărul secțiilor de vot pentru alegătorii din stânga Nistrului de la 41 la 12, ei vor veni „cu furcile”, menționând, cităm: „Veți fi aruncați în Nistru”.
